Module 12: Greenwashing vs. Authentic Action: Building Trust and Credibility.
Capstone Exercise: Participants present a high-level ESG Risk Management Action Plan for a case study company.

Prof. Emmanuel Moore Abolo
Prof. Emmanuel Moore Abolo holds the Ph.D. degree in Economics and has over 29 years of dynamic and impactful knowledge in risk management, corporate governance, ESG, strategy crafting, leadership and compliance with extensive experience cutting across several sectors and industries. He was the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer [Nexim Bank, Nigeria]; Chief Economist [First Bank of Nigeria Plc. & Access Bank Plc.]; Basel Project Manager [First Bank & Access Bank]. He was also Group Head [Operational and Market Risks] at the above institutions.
Prof. Abolo is IFC-Certified Corporate Governance Board Leadership Trainer and Director, Center for Good Corporate Governance of Nigeria. He is listed by the World Bank as one of the finest minds in risk management in Africa and recipient of the Federal Government of Nigeria National Merit Award. He is an ESG Specialist.
Barr. Oluwaseun Modupe Ogungbe
Oluwaseun Modupe Ogungbe is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, and an ESG and Legal Professional with expertise in corporate governance, strategy, and sustainability. She holds dual Masters of Law degrees in International Human Rights Law and Corporate Governance & Law. She has worked across the private, public, and non-profit sectors, giving her a wealth of knowledge and practical insight in diverse organizational contexts. She supports businesses in integrating ESG principles, principles strengthening governance and delivering impactful CSR projects. An experienced Editor and Writer, she contributed to Nigeria’s first ESG book and provides editorial and ghostwriting services.
She also facilitates and speaks on ESG, strategy and business, blending legal expertise with a passion for sustainable impact.
Dr. Bruno Nduka
Buno Nduka PhD is a highly-revered teacher, reseacher, financial inclusion, certifified Antimoney Laundering Professional & ESG Specialist. He has a doctorate degree in Economics from the University of Benin specializing in Econometrics and Financial Economics.
Buno is an active member of the Financial Alliance Initiative (FAI) in New York University. He was the Director of Programs and Projects at the Inter-governmental Action Group against Money Laundering in West Africa (GIABA), Dakar, Senegal.
Moghalu Ifeoma Doris
Ifeoma is a Certified Accountant (ACA), Risk and Compliance Professional, and ESG advocate with extensive experience in the financial services industry. She has a proven track record in integrating environmental, social, and governance considerations into core banking operations, aligning sustainability objectives with business strategy. Currently, the Head Enterprise Risk and ESG/Sustainability functions at Keystone Bank, she drives policy development, risk mitigation, process optimization, and strategic advisory to support regulatory compliance and long-term value creation.
