Isaiah is a seasoned management consultant and finance professional with over 30years experience across various industries- management consulting, manufacturing, financial services, and commerce.
A double-prize-winning professional accountant, Isaiah had led and been part of several projects including ERP implementation, organizational transformation, Strategic reviews; Risk Management, Internal audit, Corporate Governance, Business valuation, Conversion to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Due diligence etc across various entities in Nigeria and Africa.
Held top finance positions in Berger Paints Plc., Omatek Ventures Plc., and Unitrust Insurance Ltd. He trained as an accountant in UAC plc, where he served for two years in the Unilever International Audit responsible for the audit of UAC Divisions, Unilever Plc and Nigerian Breweries. Was a management consultant with KPMG.
Regular facilitator at the Lagos Business School in the regular MBA, Modular MBA, Executive MBA and open Seminars/workshops and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria [ ICAN], Central Bank of Nigeria and Lagos and Delta States- organized training programs on International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS).

Isaiah graduated top of his class in Chemistry at O.A.U. (Ife) with an M.B.A. in General Management (University of Lagos). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

Segun is a highly experienced Management Consultant with expertise in HR Innovations and Strategy. With over 13 years of professional experience, he has held leadership positions in various industries, showcasing his ability to shape high-performing teams and implement people-focused programs. With a degree in Marketing a Chartered Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and an MBA in Human Resource Management, Segun has undergone extensive training in HR management, Business analysis, and Leadership. He has conducted several training sessions for youths, graduates, and professionals in areas such as Leadership, HR management, soft skills, Entrepreneurship, Business analysis, Risk management, and capacity building. Segun has served as a panelist for staff promotion exercises with prominent institutions such as the Financial Institutions Training Centre, Federal Mortgage Bank Nigeria, and National Insurance Commission. He had also worked on numerous training projects with prominent institutions including the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN), Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority, and NIRSAL, among others.

He is affiliated with several training organizations, including Piston and Fusion Business Academy in Lagos, Training Heights Ltd in Abuja, and FITC Abuja. Segun was a facilitator for the Young Africa Works Project with IITA and Master card, which trained over 600 youths on Soft Skills and Management. He currently sits on the Board of Directors at HSF Foods Ltd and Chief Operating Officer at MEDEVOLT Healthcare Ltd, specializing in recruitment, training, and capacity building for healthcare institutions.

Dr. Buno Nduka served as the Director of Evaluation and Compliance at Intergovernmental Action Group against Money Laundering in West Africa (GIABA), an Economic Community of West Africa States (ECOWAS) specialized institution located in Dakar, Senegal, where he took a leading role in conducting mutual evaluations of GIABA member States (2009 – July 2022), and the design and organization of intervention programs and provision of technical assistance for effective implementation of internationally acceptable AML/CTF measures in 17 GIABA member states.

Dr. Nduka has varied experience spanning 35 years in Banking, Macroeconomic Management and Financial Sector Development with special interest in AML/CFT&PF (22 years experience with 13 years as Director in charge of evaluation and compliance); Financial inclusion; good corporate governance, risk management, research and capacity building. Dr. Nduka represented GIABA member States in international and regional fora (26 GIABA Plenary and Ministerial Meetings; 33 FATF Plenary meetings; 15 Egmont Group Plenary Meetings; 6 University of Cambridge Annual Symposium on Economic Crimes among others. He has been a lead mentor for GIABA member States that were/are on the FATF NCCT/Grey List as well as those in the FATF ICRG Process. Dr. Nduka is a member of Board of several companies including financial institutions.

Dr. Nduka holds an award-winning First-Class B.Sc. (Hons) and M.Sc degrees in Statistics from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. He also holds an MBA (Finance) degree from the University of Lagos. With the African Economic Research Consortium (AERC) Scholarship for Collaborative PhD Program (CPP) for sub-Saharan African countries, Dr. Nduka obtained his Ph.D degree in Economics from the Universities of Ibadan (host) and Benin (awarding) specializing in Econometrics and Financial Economics. He is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), a trained AML/CTF Assessor; a Fellow of Compliance Institute of Nigeria and a specialist Project Manager (PRINCE 2).

Dr. Nduka has authored several books, published articles in international academic journals and in the last 10 years made over 200 presentations at international and regional fora.

Charles Nyamali obtained an Honors Degree in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and a Master’s Degree in International Business Economics from City University, London. He is a qualified accountant and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), United Kingdom and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). He is also a Certified Expert in Risk Management. He has about 20 year’s working experience in areas of strategy, financial and risk management as well as economic, business and investment research, analysis and training.

During the course of his career, which cut across various reputable organizations including Agusto & Co. Limited, First Bank of Nigeria Plc and GTB-AM (now Investment-One) Pensions Limited, he was involved in various consulting and operational assignments both locally and internationally and he developed critical business skills which have been applied in promoting the growth of the organization’s he worked/ works for. In the course of his career, he held various positions such as the Head of Credit Portfolio Management at First Bank of Nigeria Plc and the Chief Financial Officer and later, the Chief Operating Officer of GTB-AM (now Investment-One) Pensions Limited. He is an astute facilitator in his areas of core competence and regularly contributes to the development of others through his training sessions. He is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Frontier Capital Alternative Assets Limited (FCAAL).

Dr. Nelson M. Anumaka is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB) and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA). He is also a Chartered Secretary and Administrator (ACIS) as well as a Chartered Public Finance Accountant (CPFA), London and a Member of the Institute of Directors (MIoD). He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Benin, an MBA (Accountancy) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and DBA (Finance) from SSBM, Switzerland. He had a robust career in the Banking Sector having worked with First Bank of Nigeria Plc, Afribank Plc, Trade Bank Plc and Gulf Bank Nigeria Plc. He also worked as a Senior Accountant with Nigerian Telecommunications Ltd. and had a stint in private practice as a Partner in B.C. Onyiwa & Co. (Chartered Accountants) before joining the then Nigerian Accounting Standards Board which metamorphosed into Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN) in February 2005 as a Principal Manager Technical/Inspectorate Department. He held several positions including Assistant Director/Head, Generally Accepted Accounting Practice (GAAP) and Deputy Director/Head, Directorate of Auditing Practice Standards and Pioneer Director/Head, Directorate of Corporate Governance at FRCN up until December 2021. He is currently the Managing Consultant, NMA Consulting. He has played very active roles in the development and issuance of accounting standards in Nigeria. He has served on various Standard Setting/Technical Committees set up to develop accounting standards aimed at improving financial reporting in the various sectors of the Nigerian economy. He was a member of the Committee that drafted the 2011 SEC Code of Corporate Governance. He was a member of the Steering Board of the Corporate Governance Rating System of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He was the Secretary to the National Technical Committee on Corporate Governance. He was also a member of IoD (Nigeria) Centre for Corporate Governance. Dr. Anumaka has participated and facilitated in various local and international conferences, seminars and workshops bearing on issues relating to financial reporting, corporate governance, accounting standards, banking, and compliance enforcement and monitoring including the World Accounting Standard Setters, (IASB) London, London School of Economics (LSE), Meet the Experts Conference (PWC/IASB) London, World Congress of Accountants (IFAC), CPE Boot Camp, Dallas, Euromoney Corporate Governance Training, Miami, Florida, USA, IHRDC Boston, Massachusetts, USA, UNCTAD – ISAR Geneva, Switzerland, PCAOB Washington D.C. USA, CIBN, ICAN, FITC, NAICOM, PENCOM, NGX, IOD, etc. He has a published work on Managerial Accounting and Control (Matic Education, 2000).

Mr. Omore currently works as Group Head, Internal Audit & Compliance with Page Financials, Lagos, Nigeria. He is a professional trainer and consultant in audit and assurance, risk management, IT/IS Security, Strategy & Corporate governance, corporate finance, and forensic accounting.
