Emmanuel Moore Abolo is a Professor of Managerial Economics and holds a Ph.D. degree in Economics and has over 28 years of dynamic and impactful knowledge in risk management, corporate governance, strategy, strategic transformation, Leadership, Compliance, HR, ESG, GRC, SMES, Finance, Economics, Project Management, Project Finance, Sustainability, Marketing, Communication and IT with extensive experience cutting across several sectors and industries. He is an accomplished systems and creative thinker. He was the Chief Risk & Compliance Officer at the Nigerian Export-Import Bank, Chief Economist at First Bank of Nigeria Ple. & Access Bank Ple as well as Basel Project Manager at First Bank & Access Bank.
He was the Group Head, Operational and Market Risks at the above institutions. Prof. Abolo is an IFC- Certified Corporate Governance Board Leadership Trainer; Director, Centre for Good Corporate Governance of Nigeria.
He was Listed by the World Bank as one of the finest minds in risk management in Africa and a Recipient of the Federal Government of Nigeria National Merit Award.
Prof. Abolo is the Founder & DG, The Economic Thinktank Centre; GMD/CEO, The Risk Management Academy Limited; Board member of five [5] other companies.
